How much do I need to pay to preorder?
You need to pay ₹999 to book your preorder. This amount will be deducted from the final product price.
When will my preorder ship?
Preorders are shipped approximately one week after the preorder window ends.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance can be paid either by card when the product is shipped or via cash on delivery. The ₹999 you paid during preorder will be deducted from the total price.
Is the ₹999 preorder payment refundable?
Yes, the ₹999 payment made to book the product can be refunded anytime.
What happens if the product price changes after I preorder?
The price is locked in when you preorder. You only pay the price you preordered the product for.
Can I change my shipping address after placing a preorder?
Absolutely. You can write us an email or create an account and update your address there.
Will I be notified when my preorder ships?
Yes, you will receive an email containing the preorder details as well as the final invoice to pay off the remaining amount.
Is there a limit to how many units I can preorder?
No, you can preorder as many units as you'd like. However, depending on availability, we may not be able to ship all of them at once. In such cases, you can either wait for the next lot or have the extra preorder balance adjusted in your final invoice.
Do I get priority shipping if I preorder?
Yes, preorders are shipped as soon as we receive the product, using the fastest possible shipping method.
What payment methods are accepted for the remaining balance?
You can pay the remaining balance via card, UPI, or cash on delivery.
Will the preorder amount be adjusted if there are discounts or offers later?
Preorders are already offered at the lowest possible price, so the price will not be lower at a later date.
How do I request a refund for my ₹999 preorder payment?
You can cancel your preorder from the order confirmation page, send us an email at connect@metori.in, or even DM us on social media.
What happens if I don’t pay the remaining balance when the product is ready to ship?
We will try contacting you to pay the remaining balance before shipping (for card or UPI payments). If you choose COD, we’ll ship immediately and you can pay in cash upon delivery. If a customer does not pay the remaining balance despite multiple attempts to reach them, the order will be considered cancelled.
